Review of My CoolSculpting Fat Reduction Treatment at Halley Body Slimming Clinic

I agree that working out helps to lose weight but there is still stubborn fat on abdomen, flanks, arms and inner thighs which are left and refuse to leave me. This is frustrating! At times, my bulges are nicely hidden (which is a skill 😉) but when I need to bare a little, the ugly truth will surface. Swinging by Halley Body Slimming Clinic looking for Dr. Terence Tan for suggestions. I’m running out of time as CNY is approaching and none of us want to look any lesser than being good.

Here I am looking for the right professional advice by Dr. Terence Tan. Dr. Terence suggested CoolSculpting will be able to address my concerns.

About CoolSculpting

CoolSculpting is a non-surgical, non-invasive, no downtime fat reduction treatment. It’s the only US FDA approved fat freezing treatment that uses the concept of crylipolysis to freeze and destroy unwanted fat cells, which are then disposed from the body naturally. The treatment removes 20-27% of fat cells in the treated area each time. About the treatment process

Prior to the treatment, Dr. Terence Tan used the CoolAdvantage templates to mark out the areas that require treatment as the CoolSculpting treatment plan has to be customized and personalised for every patient in order to achieve optimal results.

Dr. Terence was explaining to me about the process as well as the applicator and he is definitely a very nice doctor to talk to where a consultation turns out to be a casual discussion (about freezing my fats).

Once the CoolSculpting plans have been finalized, the therapist would then apply gel pads onto the treatment area to protect the skin during treatment.

Its cooling, just like slapping a sheet of face mask on.

After each treatment cycle, the therapist would remove the applicator and massage the treated area. This helps to speed up the breakdown of the crystallized dead fat cells, which will be passed out by the body naturally.

Results from CoolSculpting are expected three months after treatment. Can’t wait to see and share with you the results!!

The applicators may be set to freeze the fats at -11C, all I can tell is, it is not painful at all. To be precise, it feels like a little frost bite (of course it does! Else it will not be known as fat freezing). Don’t worry, its not a process that you need to be sedated. The whole duration is quite chill, yea, that’s me scrolling my Instagram 😊
