Food Review: Qi Philosophy

With plenty of natural light shines through the glass panels, Qi Philosophy serves healthy fusion meals. Having surrounded by the green scenery, it makes the cafe spreads more zen aura. Its located around the HDB estate, however it may not have a signboard on the outside of the cafe. So, you gotta spot it.

The interior
Soup of The Day: Cream of Pumpkin
Mui Fan: Qi Philosophy serves daily set menus, which comes with a soup of the day (which was Pumpkin Soup), a main course and a drink. There are a couple of main course to choose from and one of them would be Mui Fan. For those who may not know what Mui Fan is, its a dish serves with basmati rice filled with gravy along with prawns, broccoli, chicken and squid.
Taco Tempeh Bowl: The name would have probably say it all. Its definitely a healthy bowl served with tempe, mix vege with tortilla chips. You can dig in without feeling any guilt!
Qi Wagyu Beef Burger (additional $3 for this main): Oh, burger! How can I resist. As a huge fan of buns, every bite is so fulfilling as I sink my teeth into the wagyu beef patty. A little heads up for you, if you are not a big eater, the portion served is best recommended to be shared. The burger is served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw as the sides. Juicy patty for sure. I truly enjoyed it.
Roasted Chicken Buah Keluak: This is one of my favourite too. Roasted chicken with buah keluak turns out to be an awesome combination! I won’t give the acar a miss, with the blue Butterfly Pea Flower Coconut Rice which tasted like heaven on earth! Whacking all on this plate.
As for drinks, I opted for ice lemon tea. Well, there is a range to choose from:
* Coffee (Latte, Cappucino or Americano)
* Artisanal Teas (English Breakfast, Early Grey, Green Tea, * Peppermint or Chamomile);
* Ice Fruit Tea (Lemon, Peach or Apple); or
* Bottled Juices
Cakes! Oh well, Qi Philosophy serves desserts too. However, they are not included in the set meal. Hence, you may need to top it up separately which cost $6.80 per slice. Cakes shown on the picture from left to right: Pastel Yogurt, Red Velvet, Double Chocolate Fudge and Carrot Walnut
Fans of Kombucha, they are available here too at $7.50 per bottle.
Had a great time catching up with my girls too.
