Bangkok 12/2009: Night Life

I guess I really need to speed up to complete this Bangkok entries. Its as if taking years, for God’s sake! ==”

Next in the line would be me topping up on my collection of Christmas trees :)

Photobucket

Damn! Its nice :)

Central World Shopping Complex
Night life in Bangkok!
Its so darn happening in Bangkok!

Photobucket

Its an open area with stage and live band and towers of beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer!!! Wooots!

Photobucket

FYI, Thai guys are so damn cute!

Photobucket
Photobucket

Chang beer, interested?
Photobucket

Look at the amount of crazy people on Saturday night alone!
This is tremendously crazy. The crowd was huge. The only thing you will be able to see is towers and towers of beeeeeer besides all the heads and bottoms up glasses!

Photobucket

Just in case you are a Tiger lover . . .

Photobucket

Each and every of it has a stage and live band of their own! Its so damn cooooool!

Photobucket
Photobucket

The gigantic Christmas tree!

Photobucket

. . . . and the big head gold faced laydeh!
Photobucket
Photobucket

How I wish we have all this here :(
But I wish for Xmas in somewhere else this year :)

Bangkok 12/2009: When the City Glows

Its a Sunday, this also mean that its my only day off in a week. I admit I have been spending to much time at work and it has come to a point whereby its not healthy for me. Wait till I go for a medical check-up then only probably I might be able to elaborate further on what I am going through. Anyway, since I get to wake up later than usual without force of the alarm, thats when I have the time to update my dead blog :)

Come to think of it, I was indeed lucky for being able to see the beautiful side of Bangkok; if its compared to the current situation that’s for sure.

It was super tiring as the Sky Walk seemed never ending. But along the way, the pedestrian will be entertained as well. Songs were played all along and it really gave the Christmas ambiance even though we were still in an Asian country. LOL. Bangkok is a shopping paradise ; a fact that I am not able to deny, which it was kinda wasted as we were not able to make it for the Chatuchak Weekend Market which is also known as Mother of all Markets. Can you imagine?

Photobucket
Photobucket

There are a gazilion shopping malls in Bangkok which I doubt that we were able to pay a short visit to each and every of the malls.

Something attracted me indeed . . .
BURBERRY!!!
Huge and gorgeous!

Photobucket
Photobucket

Despite the beautiful side of it, we still have to bear with the congested traffic. Its a city, remember?

Photobucket

I have a collection of Christmas tree now :) And guess what is behind the tree (^.^) Have you spotted the logo?

Photobucket

LV!
Photobucket

Coach

Photobucket

All the brands are along the street. You name it!

We continued walking . . . Yea, I can’t deny it was super damn tiring :( No choice, the decorations amazed me. Here we are at Amarin. Amarin is linked to Erawan Bangkok via a skybridge. Amarin is located at Ploenchit Road, Ratchaprasong Square. The official business hours is from 9am-9pm. Guess what?! The Thai names are confusing me now ==”

Photobucket

Undeniable . . .
Photobucket

We won’t be able to enjoy such deco back in Penang.

Photobucket
Photobucket

Locating right beside Burberry would be a famous spot in Bangkok where people travel all around the world just to do some offerings.

Photobucket
Photobucket

“Ronald says Sawadee . . .

Photobucket
Photobucket

Right! Need to rest our feet now…
Photobucket

One thing for sure, I like the layout of the McD here :)

Photobucket

Photobucket

Gaysorn, not famous for gays but all desirable international brands :) Spotted Prada yet?

Photobucket

Does he some what looks familiar?
Yes, that WHITE face creature!

Photobucket
Photobucket

The walking crew :)
Photobucket

Zen
Photobucket

Damn that tired look! :(
Photobucket
Photobucket

Back to Siam Paragon . . .
Photobucket

Siam Centre, Bangkok, which also filled with Christmas decorations all along.

Photobucket

Just don’t get it why these people spend time sitting doing nothing.

Photobucket

Photobucket

MBK Shopping Centre, a short name for Mah Boon Krong where it has a mixture of everything under one roof :) Cheap stuff in short.

Photobucket

Ermmm . . . no more walkings please :(

Bangkok 12/2009: Thai Dolls

We have always been talking too much about China dolls. Last December when I was in Bangkok, I found some interesting stuff which drew my attention. Pretty interesting and creative indeed.

Photobucket

Which it came to a point whereby they look freakin’ scary to me as well.

Photobucket

Sawadeekaaa!

Photobucket

*blink – blink*
Pretty isn’t she?!

Photobucket

This would be the skeh-riest!
Look at that freaking face holding mum’s hand!

Photobucket

They were actually having a road show on some promotion. I can’t tell what promo as they speak in Thai and I, for sure do not understand Thai. *damn*

Photobucket

Its just that I find it scary to stand beside them.

Bangkok 12/2009: Sight Seeing

Never ending Bangkok :) I have probably took too long for this but well again, I seriously work really hard on allocating time for this. Here it comes again, the continual entry of Bangkok.

Looking at those coconuts, they do tempt me of getting one at this hour. Damn!

Photobucket

Since we are in Thailand, everything we see definitely are in Baht!
Photobucket

Yums! Reminds me of one particular night when I was craving so hard for coconut jelly and someone got me one when it started to pour :)

Photobucket

The youngest in the family :)
Photobucket

It was a 2-hour ride just to get back to where we were. And again, for sure, everyone dozed off on the van!

Photobucket

Photobucket

As we were hitting the malls again, we definitely won’t let go on snapping pics on the great Xmas decos.

Photobucket

and I definitely heart this so much! Its PINK!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Doesn’t this look familiar?
Yea, seen this anywhere? LOL

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

When it states, “Welcome to Siam Paragon”.

Photobucket

So, this is the biggest ball I’ve ever seen so far.
Any bigger? Fifa World Cup!

Photobucket

I can’t wait to blog about my Indon trip, really :) ) But well again, I still need to wait to complete Bangkok’s entry first :) hehe

Bangkok 12/2009: Boat Ride

Here we go, the continuation entry on Bangkok. Haven’t really got the time to blog about my previous trips. Since I am not working this weekend, hence I might as well just work on it so that I am able to close it soon :)

We decided to head on to Floating Market, something which Thailand is famous for and voila! There it goes.

Can you spot that tiny thing? Ain’t it cute?

Photobucket
Hi, Dad!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Local delicacies always attract. Its as though how much I enjoyed the local food in Indonesia :)

Photobucket

Photobucket

I always wanted to go on a boat ride . . . :) )

Something which I would love to see!

Photobucket

Hmmmph! I really wonder, why on the roof and not elsewhere! WHAT IF, birds’ poo landed on it?!
